FAQ

When should I book my birthday party ?
The majority of parties take place during week ends, holidays and Wednesdays, so the sooner you book your date the better, to be sure we can be available to organise your party.

What is the minimum and maximum number of guests I can invite ?
There is no minimum or maximum. 

What do I have to take care of as a parent during the event ?
Before the event, we will ask you to provide us the space needed for our installation. After the event, we will clean only the things we brought with us.

We arrive approximately 1.5 / 2.5 hours before the party to set things up.  The entertainment lasts around 2 hours – 2.5 hours, and 1 more hour to clean up afterwards. 

Parents are responsible for children at all times and must be permanently present during the Event.

We strictly provide the entertainment.  We are not child-babyminders.  The party hostess is responsible for the flow of the party and the party activities.  It is the Client’s responsibility to monitor disruptive behaviour and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us provide the best possible experience for you and your child.

What if I have to cancel/postpone the event ?
You can cancel your event up until 7 calendar days before the Event.  However, the deposit is non refundable.

If you postpone the party, we will do our best to find another date and the deposit will be kept for the new event date. 

In any case, if you cancel the event at less than 7 calendar days, you will lose the deposit and you will need to pay another one if the party is postponed to a later date. 

What locations do you serve ?
We serve all the French Riviera (06 and 83 department) and Monaco. Nevertheless, there will be a supplement for event in department 83.

Under certain conditions, we also serve national and international locations. 

When do I need to confirm the number of guests ?
Generally you will have to confirm the number of guests 4 days before.

The final bill will be based on this head count, minimum. (we will add guests that will attend in plus the birthday). Moreover, if some guests finally do not attend the party you will however be charged for them 

What if some childrens have food allergies or medical restrictions ?
You have to advise us : if we can accommodate something special, we will dot it. But generally, you will have to provide food and beverage for the children. 

My Best Birthday is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.

Do I need to pay a deposit ?

Yes: 80% : at confirmation of the event (100% for new clients and during summer time – July / August)

20%: at the latest, the day of the event
